This 5 week online course helps you reduce over-breathing symptoms and slow down your breath to feel more relaxed. You'll be able to breathe by nose more comfortably. Breathing is often the missing piece in the puzzle that can improve oxygen carrying capacity and reduce the onset of limb fatigue. This 6 week course includes how to simulate high altitude effects in your training through breath retention, strengthen breathing muscles, harness the benefits of targeted hyperventilation for performance and recover from sport like a pro.
