​Hello there! I'm Rebecca - a self-confessed breath nerd with a passion for sport, stress management and breathing. My goal is to help you find the confidence to move and breathe well, because you already can... it's just that modern life got in the way and may have left you stressed out, stiff and disillusioned.

When you treat your whole body, mind and spirit as one - that's yoga! 


My specialities are;
  • Breathing for runners who get dizzy or wheeze during exercise
  • Breath-hold training for ambitious athletes
  • Helping teachers bring more breathwork and retention into classes
