Our next SOMA session is on Thursday 28 January 2021 at 19:30 UK celebrating the Wolf Moon. It's named as the time when wolves would howl most during winter to attract their pack, reinforce social bonds and define their territory. Let's strengthen our breath tribe this month through an energised movement and breath session!
Join us for rhythmic breathing, dance, shaking and breath retentions that may bring forth your inner light... with which you inspire others! Caution: features breath-holding that is not suitable for pregnancy, uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart conditions, pacemaker, severe respiratory conditions or severe anxiety. Each online session gives you a new insight to your breath, helping you breathe more easily and effectively for sport and daily life. Good breathing helps to balance your emotions and focus your mind on work or other tasks. You'll also sleep better. Parts of some sessions may not be suitable for: pregnancy, serious heart conditions or recent heart surgery. There may be other contra-indications: please contact me if you have a medical condition to check before attending.
