This session brings effective recovery for mind and body right into your home - so no more excuses! Once you feel this good, you'll understand why top athletes rate recovery as non-negotiable.

Restore Breath - Mondays at 19:30 UK (~20 minutes)
Each online session gives you a new insight to your breath, helping you breathe more easily and effectively for sport and daily life. Good breathing helps to balance your emotions and focus your mind on work or other tasks. You'll also sleep better.
Parts of some sessions may not be suitable for: pregnancy, serious heart conditions or recent heart surgery. There may be other contra-indications: please contact me if you have a medical condition to check before attending.
