Restore Breath - Mondays at 19:30 UK (~30 minutes) ON PAUSE UNTIL SEPT 2021
Each online session gives you a new insight to your breath, helping you breathe more easily and effectively for sport and daily life. Good breathing helps to balance your emotions and focus your mind on work or other tasks. You'll also sleep better.
Parts of some sessions may not be suitable for: pregnancy, serious heart conditions or recent heart surgery. There may be other contra-indications: please contact me if you have a medical condition to check before attending.
Book one session at a time (£5), or get access to every live class and all the replays, including the monthly SOMA full moon parties in the membership portal (only £19 a month!).
