Breath hold walking

Option 1: Hold your breath on a passive exhale for 10 - 15 paces, with a few breaths in between before you hold again, OR just keep walking as your recover your breath. Up to 10 reps.

Option 2: Pyramid. Breath hold as above whilst walking, but go from 15 paces - 20 - 25 - 30 - 25 - 20 - 15 (example)

Slow breathing to music

My suggestion is to play this via headphones to get the full benefit of the sound... perhaps walk to the beat as you breathe.
