Bespoke Programmes
Working one to one means I can really get to know you and offer you the most tailored advice for healing your body, breath and mind. The time we spend together will be to learn exercises or techniques inspired by yoga, natural breathing and movement and mindfulness.
A big part of what I offer is coaching - guiding you to see for yourself where you're sabotaging your recovery and performance in sport, and in life. I therefore encourage you to put time aside regularly to do the work on yourself. That means observing what's going on with the 'monkey in your mind'. That can be quite daunting for many of us, hence why I'm here to lead you along that path to what is ultimately freedom to think beyond limits. I also offer three months of 1-2-1 access to me by email or phone/skype after our in-person sessions have finished.

8, 10 or 12 Week Programme

Each programme begins with a biomechanical, breath and mindset evaluation. They will help me tailor your bespoke package to address any limiting factors we reveal.
Each yoga/breathing/mindset session with me is approx. 90 minutes long, and can be based at an outdoor Bristol location or via Skype/Zoom.
Your programme is tailored to your unique biomechanical, psychological and breathing profile, and your training or performance goals. I aim to integrate the exercises into your existing training schedule to reduce the overall burden of tasks, so at our first session I will ask you about your training and sporting goals.
You'll also receive instructions for continuing your practice at home via remote coaching materials and videos.
