The online hub provides a simple way to self-assess your breath, balance and mobility, measure progress and give bite-size techniques to help you be more supple, stable and resilient.
It's designed for sports people who want to stay injury free or bounce back from injury, but don't have access to a gym. Perhaps you don't like mainstream fitness training with reps & sets, and are looking for a something simpler and playful? The course is structured to first encourage you to benchmark where you are in mindset, breath and body. Then you're guided through bite-size techniques which address any functional movement or breath problems you've identified. The most fluid part of the 'cycle' is where you integrate movement and breath through playful exercise outdoors either before or after your runs. A key principle here is to move in a varied and challenging way that is relevant to your level of fitness so you build strength and confidence without risking injury. You're then guided in ways to rest in recover that you may not have tried before, such as restorative yoga, yoga nidra (deep relaxation), autogenic training and binaural beats meditation.
