One to one breath training
Restore your natural way of breathing to stop getting out of breath and wheezing during or after exercise. This means breathing more by nose so that your diaphragm is drawing a deeper breath. Get more oxygen and less fatigue.

Who is this for?
This package will be beneficial for you if;
- You dread going out for a run because you get breathless, wheeze and cough

What will we do?
I'll first speak to you on the phone, and ask you to fill out a questionnaire, so I can understand what your breathing problem might be.
When we meet for the first time, I'll observe you breathing at rest and during exercise. In session 1, I'll usually;

- Explain why nose breathing is more beneficial for you, even during exercise.
- Listen to you tell me that it's too difficult because you feel out of breath! [Yes, I've been there too!!]
- Explain why you get a strong urge to breathe and how to overcome it.
In sessions 2 and 3 we'll practice exercises that;
- Normalise your breathing volume so that you reduce incidences of hyperventilation
- Slow your breathing to improve your tolerance to breathlessness and manage panic, anxiety and stress
- Boost your breathing efficiency with short breath-holds so that you get the most out of every breath.
