This is for breathing 24/7, not just during exercise.
Rebecca is also a yoga teacher and will show you simple movements that will prepare your body for each run, so as to best avoid injury and pain. We'll also enjoy a deep relaxation so that you can really let go and let your body recover. You'll receive a PDF booklet to takeaway so you can practice these at home. |
